Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll only pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan. Your remaining searches from your current plan will be added to the searches included in your new plan.

Account & Registration
Yes, you need to create an account to use GetClient Online. This allows us to track your searches, manage your plan, and provide you with a dashboard to monitor your usage. Creating an account is free and only takes a few moments.
To create an account, click the "Login / Sign Up" button on our homepage, then select the "Sign Up" tab. Fill in your name, email address, and password, then click "Create Account." Once your account is created, you can purchase a plan to start using the tool.
Each user should have only one account. Having multiple accounts is against our terms of service. If you need additional searches, we recommend upgrading your current plan rather than creating a new account.
To reset your password, click the "Login / Sign Up" button on our homepage, then click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
To change your account information, log in to your account and click on your user avatar in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select "Account." There you can update your name, email address, and other account details.

You can find virtually any type of business listed on Google Maps, including restaurants, retail stores, service providers, professional services, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and more. Our tool works with any business category that exists in the Google Maps database.
Currently, each search is limited to one city. To find businesses in multiple cities, you'll need to perform separate searches for each city. This ensures more accurate and relevant results for each specific location.
The duration of a search depends on the size of the area you're searching and the number of results. For a typical city search, it usually takes between 2-5 minutes to complete. Larger cities or broader search terms may take longer. Our progress indicator will keep you updated on the search status.

The tool creates multiple email variations based on common email formats for each business.

However, since we generate email patterns rather than verifying each email individually, we recommend using an email verification service before sending important campaigns. The accuracy can vary depending on the business and the availability of their information online.
Our tool is designed to find business email addresses, not personal email addresses. We focus on professional contact information that is publicly available for business purposes. Using personal email addresses for marketing without consent may violate privacy laws.
If a business doesn't have a website, our email finder won't be able to generate email addresses for that business. In such cases, you'll still have access to the business's phone number and address from Google Maps, which you can use for other forms of outreach.
Our email finder generates general business email addresses (like info@, contact@, etc.) rather than emails for specific individuals. To find emails for specific people, you would need a more specialized tool designed for that purpose.
Our email finder typically generates 2-4 email addresses per business, depending on the available information. These usually include common email formats like info@, contact@, hello@, support@, etc., using the business's domain name.
Data Export
Yes. The tool exports a CSV file, which can be opened directly and perfectly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet software. We include a special "Export for Excel" option that ensures proper formatting and compatibility with Excel.
The standard export includes business name, phone number, address, website, rating, total reviews, and business status. If you choose to include emails, the export will also include all discovered email addresses for each business. All data is properly formatted in columns for easy analysis.
Currently, our export function includes all active businesses from your search results. We don't offer selective export of individual businesses, but you can easily filter the exported CSV file in Excel or another spreadsheet program to work with only the businesses you need.
Most CRM systems allow you to import data from CSV files. After exporting your results, go to your CRM's import function, select the CSV file, and map the columns to the appropriate fields in your CRM. If you need assistance with a specific CRM, our support team can provide guidance.
There is no limit to the amount of data you can export. Each search can yield hundreds or thousands of businesses, and you can export all of them at once. The only limitation is the number of searches included in your plan.
